Miguel
Baumann

Miguel Baumann is a serial entrepreneur, corporate manager, and certified leadership coach. He coaches tech leaders on topics including, personal growth, authentic leadership, and connection with themselves and their teams. He is fascinated by the endless possibilities that human beings and digital technology can achieve together. After setting up several startups (with a mixed bag of successes and failures along the way) in multiple countries, he joined Philips to lead digital teams. He thrives to challenge teams & individuals to fly beyond what they thought was possible.

Although Miguel has two masters in more technical fields, he focuses today more on working with the body through embodiment and somatic coaching. He loves that Neuroscience brings body and mind together and is using these insights in his work as a coach and his newest startup that focuses on mental health. Next to this, he enjoys yoga, bouldering, and creating art. He is originally from Switzerland but now enjoys floating on the canals of Amsterdam, his home for the past 8 years.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
