Abe
Medoff

Abe Medoff (he/him) is a facilitator, organizer, and consultant who holds space, listens, and strategizes to help people in building a more just and kind world for everyone. He comes to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) work as a white man humbly hoping to make a contribution toward collective liberation.

He has 10 years of experience facilitating a wide variety of groups in different settings. including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, non-profits, community organizing groups, and federal, state, and local government agencies. Prior to his time as an independent consultant, he worked as a management consultant for seven years helping clients become more effective in achieving their missions, making decisions, and building more inclusive workplaces.

Abe resides in Washington, DC where he organizes for racial justice, spends as much time as possible outside in Rock Creek Park, practices somatics, and listens to the Grateful Dead.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
