Jackie Iloh is a Senior Coach, program strategist, and organizational culture trainer. As an ICF-certified Executive Coach, Jackie catalyzes awareness and transformation, instilling trust and safety among leaders, from early career professionals to senior executives. Jackie has spent her career building partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies and telling the impactful stories of community-led work. Jackie has master’s degrees in developmental psychology and counseling from Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. Jackie currently serves as an executive coach for an engineering firm and lives in the D.C. metro area.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
