Iloh

Jackie Iloh is a Senior Coach, a diversity & equity strategist, and a community and organizational consultant. Jackie’s work lies at the intersection of innovation and community: she has over ten years of program management and facilitator experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact. Jackie has spent her career building partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies and telling the impactful stories of community-led work. Jackie has master’s degrees in developmental psychology and counseling from Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. Jackie currently leads Talent’s diversity & equity strategy team at Lyft and lives in the D.C. metro area.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
