Sonali Naidu is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 24 years of corporate HR experience, including roles with KPMG, Accenture and PwC. As a transformational coach, she partners with professionals and executives to navigate change, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful, sustainable growth. Through thoughtful inquiry and deep listening, she helps clients explore the beliefs, values and patterns that influence their decisions, relationships and leadership. Sonali has coached clients across India, UK, US, Middle East and Australia, supporting them through career transitions, well-being, work-life integration and personal growth. I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
