Executive Coaching
I work with leaders who have demonstrated the raw talent, drive, and capability to achieve real success — and who now find themselves at an inflection point. Whether driven by expanded scope, organizational change, or their own career aspirations, they've arrived at a moment where different-in-kind support is required. The mental models that got them here won't get them where they want to go. Their leadership operating system needs an upgrade. Together, we navigate three interconnected transitions: role transition — re-envisioning how they contribute and exercise influence; identity transition — shaping who they are becoming as a leader; and system transition — redefining how the organization works through them, and how they work through it. I provide clients with a dedicated space to explore their driving values, aspirations, operating beliefs, and motivating assumptions — and to identify and disrupt the patterns of thought that are no longer serving them. My 20+ year career has been focused on building teams and partnerships for growth, and on supporting leaders to have greater impact while experiencing deeper fulfillment in their work. Most recently, I served as Head of Strategy and Operations at enrich, a venture-backed startup creating peer learning opportunities for technology and product leaders, where I built the commercial systems for renewals and led peer groups for CTOs and CPOs. Prior to that, I was Vice President of Customer Success at ExecOnline, which partners with top business schools to deliver enterprise leadership development. I began my career in the coaching industry as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at The Co-Active Training Institute, where I helped grow the organization's B2B business from $500K to over $3M in ARR over five years.
