Sara Raynr is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Leadership Development Strategist with over a decade of experience designing, delivering, and scaling leadership development across global, high-growth organizations. She has delivered more than 500 hours of executive and group coaching, facilitated over 1,000 hours of leadership experiences, and built and scaled programs reaching thousands of leaders across five global regions. She has spent her career in Leadership Development, both internally and externally, working inside organizations such as TikTok, the Center for Creative Leadership, BetterUp, and Leadership Inspirations. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies and an Executive Leadership Coaching Certification from the University of San Diego, and is certified in the Workplace Big Five Profile, 4MAT Advanced Training, the Influence Style Indicator, and the Organization Workshop.
Sara works with leaders across all levels - from high-potential individual contributors and people managers to senior executives -  supporting them through the challenges that define modern leadership. Her coaching focuses on self-awareness and leadership identity, communication and executive presence, influence and stakeholder relationships, navigating ambiguity and change, giving and receiving feedback, developing others, and sustaining well-being under real pressure.
Her approach is built on deep listening, genuine curiosity, and powerful questions, not prescriptive frameworks or advice-giving. Sara creates the kind of psychological safety that makes it possible to build self-awareness, uncover challenges, and turn insight into lasting change.
Sara's commitment to this work began over 15 years ago, where she experienced firsthand how self-awareness can fundamentally change the way a person leads and lives. That experience shaped everything that followed… a career built around the belief that more human-centric leadership is possible, and that the right conversation at the right moment can create impactful change that lasts.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
