Chantelle
Kohn
Chantelle is a leadership development facilitator with over a decade of experience within the non-profit, corporate, government and education sectors. She is passionate about helping others develop the human skills that will transform our communities and create a better society for all. Currently, Chantelle is the Founder and Director of The Change Collab, which partners with organisations to build capacity in creating and sustaining thriving workplaces. She is also a casual lecturer for the B.Ed course at CQUniversity. Previously, Chantelle started the Canadian entity of an Australian education non-profit, and then supported local teams in America and Brazil as they established new entities. When she was the Director of Learning and Development, Chantelle designed and implemented training programs for facilitator teams in Australia, Canada, America and Brazil. She also oversaw the content creation for all geographies, working with team members on the ground to ensure the learning experience was relevant to each context.
Chantelle has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education (Secondary) from the University of Queensland and a Masters in International and Community Development from Deakin University. She has also participated in Yale’s Center for Emotional Intelligence Seedlings Leadership Institute and Anima Leadership’s ‘Deep Diversity: Leadership Skills for an Inclusive Workplace.' When Chantelle isn’t facilitating, she spends her time dancing at live music events, getting lost in books, travelling (35+ countries and counting) and enjoying outdoor adventures with loved ones.
