Tajan is a Leadership Development & Executive Coach (ACC), with over a decade of management and training experience in start-up, public health, tech, and government agencies.

Tajan has successfully coached and trained first time managers, middle managers, and senior executives, many of whom have not had formal training around how to develop a coaching approach to management using her proprietary MCDC framework. Tajan's coaching clients work at companies such as Netflix, Dropbox, Atlassian, Twitter, Zen Desk, BMW, Shopify, Lyft and others. In addition, Tajan has served as the Director of the Center for Health Equity at JSI, where she helped to lead company-wide DEI assessments and implementation of global and US-based DEI strategic action plans. Tajan has extensive experience in the field of Consulting and has a Master's in Public Health from Yale University.
