Hayley
Wintermantle
Hayley is a L&D Consultant and Facilitator with 14+ years of international experience.

She’s dedicated most of that time to designing, leading and implementing global Org Development, Talent and Learning projects across a variety of sectors. In recent years, she’s developed a particular focus on supporting Women's Leadership Development and working with purpose-led organizations.

Hayley is also an experienced, accredited (AC) Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor, with a background in Psychotherapeutic and Somatic coaching. Throughout her work, she always aims to authentically bring her rich and varied expertise to create powerful learning spaces that foster personal and collective growth.

Having lived and worked in 4 different countries, Hayley speaks multiple languages and is a keen traveler, already ticking off almost 50 countries. She loves to immerse herself in new experiences and diverse cultures, both personally and professionally. When not working or traveling, she can be found enjoying her mediterranean lifestyle or, on occasion, on the dance floor!

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
