Sabrina Creighton is a Hone Facilitator and the Senior Director of Learning Design and Coach Community at Hone.

Sabrina is an ICF-certified ACC Life and Leadership Coach with over 15 years’ experience in Training Leadership, Program Management, and Instructional Design. Sabrina has overseen L&D programs at three Fortune 100 companies, and has led teams in insurance, healthcare, banking. She is currently the Senior Director of Learning Design and Coach Community at Hone. 

Sabrina enjoys watching learners make meaningful connections to the content. As a coach, she thrives on helping others develop professionally, shift perspectives, and design lives that they love. Sabrina has a Master’s of Education in Adult Learning and Instructional Design from Colorado State University and Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Human Resources from Wilmington University. 

When Sabrina is not working, she is reading Stephen King books and traveling to new places with her family and friends.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
