Giselle
Timmerman

Giselle Timmerman is a Hone facilitator, leadership coach & trainer, and business school professor. Her purpose is to positively impact how leaders rise and thrive at work. She was one of the first 30 people in the world to be educated by the founders of positive psychology (the science of human excellence) and has applied the science to improve people’s working lives since 2005. As a coach, Giselle loves facilitating moments of insight that positively impact the way people lead.

Giselle’s coaching and training career was preceded by a decade in strategy and management consulting. This experience developed her passion and conviction for the importance of transformational leadership in driving exceptional team performance. Giselle largely works with multinationals in the U.S. and Europe, such as Logitech, VMware, Zendesk, Vistaprint, DHL, plus fast-growing tech startups. She’s a Californian at heart, yet calls Barcelona, Spain her home.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
