Dr. Nitin More has 18+years of experience in learning and development. He holds several psychometric and other certifications (MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, NLI's Brain-Based Coaching, FIRO-B, NLP, Situational Leadership, StandOut, PeopleFuel, Crucial Conversations, Precision Questioning and Answering, just to name a few.) He is also a certified NLG coach. Having led L&D in multiple Fortune 500 tech companies, he has significant experience coaching and developing C-suite leaders and managers. Brainayan, today, works with tech companies that are global and regional leaders, like the world's largest social media platform, the global leader in internet entertainment, SEA's largest ride hailing service provider, along with an increasing number of fastest growing tech companies in SEA.
Dr. More’s passion lies in bringing neuroscience insights to helping people find the right strategies to change their behaviors so they can up level themselves. Not only does he help people gain insights into themselves, but also into the people they interact with closely, accelerating their leadership journey by helping drive key behavior change. Before founding Brainayan, Dr. More headed Facebook’s Learning and Development, APAC, based out of Singapore. He moved to Facebook from Google after setting up Business Skills Development team at Google, India. Dr. More is a sociolinguist by training with a PhD in linguistics and ESL/EFL as his specialization. While at Google, he pioneered the language training program and the pre-interview test for language skills. At Facebook, he designed an objective verbal skills test that was able to reliably predict writing skills of candidates.
Dr. More is also a published writer and poet, and a music and theatre aficionado.
