Siham
El Fakir

Siham is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with over 18 years of international work experience in cross-industries in Marketing, Business Management, and Human Resources. To date, in my coaching career, Siham has delivered over 500 hours of coaching to leaders and teams. Siham's passion lies in leadership development and nurturing collaborative, diverse, and inclusive environments.

Having served as Human Resources Business Partner for senior-level managers, Siham uses transferable skills from her business management and HR experiences in supporting leaders and teams to foster collaboration and psychological safety. Siham facilitates Search Inside Yourself, a leadership program developed at Google that teaches emotional intelligence & leadership skills.

Based in Paris, Siham speaks French, Arabic, and English fluently and can argue with a taxi driver in Turkish.

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
It really helped to solidify the learnings to have the moderator talk through the “breakout” room and ask questions while in process.
