I'm Subin, executive and leadership coach with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning luxury retail, international real estate, and global leadership firms. Before coaching, I led strategy and operations at LVMH, managed complex international partnerships, and headed projects at the scale of the Shanghai World Expo.
French-Chinese by background, I've built my career at the intersection of cultures, industries, and cross disciplinary thinking. A graduate of ESSEC Business School in France, I've always operated as a bridge : between East and West, between relationships and tasks, between who a leader is and who they are becoming.
I work with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-potential professionals who are ready to take their leadership further : not by doing more, but by leading differently by becoming change agents themselves. I help them reconnect with their purpose, sharpen their executive presence, and turn what's been holding them back into fuel for impact.
My coaching style is honest, intuitive, and compassionate - combining neuroscience-informed methods, somatic practice and deep listening. I believe lasting leadership is an inside job: when head, heart, and values move as one compass, everything else follows.
A question I often come back to: What kind of future do you want to shape : for yourself, your team, your organization?

I loved the small group in this class and doing the breakout room exercises as a full group with the coach present.
