This enables clients not only to gain insight into their patterns and behaviors but also to create lasting shifts in how they lead themselves and others.
Before becoming a full-time coach and facilitator, Sonali held senior HR and leadership development roles with global organizations including Tata Motors, Patni Computers (now Capgemini), EXL Service, and DaimlerChrysler. Having lived and worked in both India and the United States, she understands the realities of leading across cultures, geographies, and complex stakeholder environments. She holds an MBA in Human Resources.
Clients describe Sonali as an insightful listener who helps them uncover blind spots, have difficult conversations, navigate leadership challenges with courage, and translate reflection into meaningful action. Her goal is not to provide answers, but to help leaders discover their own answers and step into their power to become the leaders they aspire to be.
