I’m an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) specializing in conflict resolution, de-escalation, negotiation, project management, and navigating high-stakes conversations. With more than 2,500 coaching hours and a career spanning pharma, higher education, nonprofits, and entrepreneurship as a family-run animal hospital owner, I bring both strategic insight and real-world perspective to my coaching.
My approach is grounded in helping leaders identify their core values and use them as a compass to lead with clarity, confidence, and intention…  especially during times of uncertainty or transition. Together, we create practical tools to manage difficult conversations, quiet internal noise, and make thoughtful, values-aligned decisions.
I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and I regularly teach webinars on resilience, human connection, ethical leadership, negotiation, and communication.
I enjoy partnering with leaders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds who are seeking meaningful growth and purposeful leadership.
My coaching style is warm, direct, thoughtful, and grounded in humor and authenticity… very NJ in the best way. Outside of coaching, I volunteer with Girl Scouts and CASA, serve on the NJ ICF educational committee, and train in Goju Ryu Karate and MMA.
