Paul Leone, PhD., Hone’s Learning Measurement Specialist, will share Hone’s latest learnings and innovations regarding L&D Measurement.
You’ll learn:
- WHY we measure – Why L&D needs to show the business value of training (just like a great cocktail – your measurements have to be just right)
- WHAT we measure – 6 Levels of evaluation from Level 1 “Did they like it?” to Level 6 “What Maximizes ROI?” (just like a great cocktail, you need all the right ingredients in front of you)
- HOW we measure – How we’ve built key measurement levels right into our assessment platform (sometimes the key to a great cocktail is letting the professionals do it!)
