From Start-up to Grown-up

Award-winning executive leadership coach & noted author Alisa Cohn joins Hone’s leadership community to share highlights from her recent book From Start-up to Grown-up which offers a roadmap for the personal and professional development of founders and all leaders as their companies grow.

This seminal book is divided into 3 sections: Managing You, Managing Them and Managing the Company. Inside of these sections, Cohn explores the most common misconceptions of what growing into a leader is like, and then offers proven tools to overcome the all-too-human mental challenges and knowledge gaps that hold leaders back from success.
