Exciting news! Hone just released a new set of learning experiences, designed specifically to help HR, Transformation, and L&D teams drive AI fluency and transformation across their organization.

Flexible Masterclasses Focused on Today’s AI Challenges
Because AI is changing constantly, it’s impossible for leaders to keep pace with it through training based on yesterday’s realities. That’s exactly why we built more flexible, Q&A style Masterclasses, so leaders can stay in the loop on what’s happening with AI in this exact moment.
The new Masterclasses connect leaders with an expert practitioner, and peers navigating similar AI challenges for practical, timely conversations. Each session focuses on a specific theme and is led by an expert who uses AI in their daily work to address the topic, many of whom also serve as fractional AI transformation consultants for Fortune 500 companies.
Each session begins with a 15-minute introduction from the facilitator, who shares their perspective, framework, or productivity hack. Participants then bring their related questions, challenges, and concerns to the discussion for guidance and use cases from the facilitator, as well as insights from peers navigating similar issues.
