Hone Acquires Enrich: We’re bringing executive peer learning into Hone

Hone acquires Enrich

Today, we’re excited to announce that Hone has acquired Enrich, a private network for senior product and engineering executives. We’re bringing that experience into the same platform where companies already develop managers at scale.

For years, Hone has focused on helping organizations build better managers and leaders through live, expert-led learning and AI-powered coaching. Now, with Enrich, we’re extending the platform to support executives with peer-to-peer learning.

Enrich brings a high-caliber network of product and engineering executives from companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, PagerDuty, and Klaviyo. Through in-person events, virtual gatherings, and peer groups, it has helped more than 1,000 leaders pressure-test decisions, learn from peers, and become more effective in their roles.

Leadership is changing faster than development models

The reality is that leadership demands are evolving quickly. AI is changing how work gets done. Organizations are becoming more complex, and the pace of decision-making is accelerating.

And yet, most approaches to developing leaders haven’t changed much. Leaders are still expected to sit through training, consume content, and apply it later. But that’s not how senior leaders actually learn.

At Hone, we’ve always believed leadership development should be practical, human, and grounded in real work. That’s why our approach combines live, expert-led learning with opportunities to apply skills in context.

For senior leaders, development goes a step further.

They learn by:

  • talking through real problems,
  • hearing how others are handling similar challenges,
  • and pressure-testing decisions in trusted environments.

That’s exactly what Enrich has built, and it builds directly on what we’ve developed at Hone.

The counterintuitive trend: more AI, more need for human connection

There’s an interesting tension happening right now. As AI becomes more embedded in how we work, it can also pull people into more isolated ways of operating. That means more time in tools, more decisions made individually, and more work done asynchronously. As we engage leaders across industries, we’re even starting to hear “have your agent talk to my agent.”

But at the same time, the executives closest to that change are actively seeking something else. They want connection, perspective, and the ability to learn alongside peers dealing with the same complexity. Enrich is built around that idea.

Building a more complete leadership platform

With Enrich joining Hone, we’re building a more complete platform for developing leaders. One that helps organizations develop managers at scale, support leaders through AI-powered coaching, and create high-trust environments where senior executives can learn from each other.

We’ve long believed that leaders develop best when development combines expert guidance, real-world practice, and human connection. Now, we’re bringing all three together in a deeper way.

What this means for our customers

For Hone customers, this means access to a broader set of development experiences, from manager training to executive peer learning. It also places Hone at the forefront of the AI transformation conversation to infuse our content with leading insights for the benefit of all.

For Enrich members, it means more support, more resources, and a stronger platform behind the community they already value.

And for us at Hone, it means continuing to build toward a clear vision: Leadership development that unlocks human potential at work.
