Mike is the Founder and Lead Principal at Learn & Lead Group, where he provides coaching and consulting that empowers leaders to consciously connect with their potential and live into their possible to enhance their well-being and fulfillment. He is also a Lead Principal with the national nonprofit Mind Share Partners, where he leads impact-focused advising, facilitation, and training for companies and leaders on creating cultures of mental health in the workplace. As a social worker, teacher, consultant, coach, and executive, Mike has supported leaders at organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofit startups to enhance their well-being and organizational culture and drive meaningful change.
Mike leverages his previous experience as a social worker, teacher, manager, and executive to help values-driven leaders cultivate mental health and well-being. He dedicates time to focusing on mindsets, strategies, and tools to achieve their goals and greatest potential. He combines incisive questions, nonjudgmental curiosity, and outside-the-box thinking to support clients in making their lives more manageable and enjoyable.
Mike graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Psychology. He holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, a Master of Teaching from Dominican University, an ACC from the International Coaching Federation, and completed the iPEC coach training program. He is a retired a cappella singer, Michigan Wolverines fan, and lives with his wife, daughter, and two pups in Louisville, KY.
