With over 14 years of experience as a certified coach, Careeta brings a wealth of expertise in coaching teams and individuals across diverse industries and cultural backgrounds. She has worked in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies such as BP, GSK, and Dell.

In addition to her corporate experience, she holds a master's degree in International Human Resources Management. Throughout her career, Careeta has worked with a wide range of clients, from postgraduates, senior leaders to C-suite leaders, empowering them to navigate their career paths with confidence and purpose.

Specializing in organizations characterized by multi-generational and diverse teams, Careeta is deeply committed to empowering people to be bolder and more confident in their careers.

As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Careeta adheres to the highest professional standards in coaching.
