Reflecting on 2025 and Setting Intentions for 2026

Reflections and post-mortems are key business tools for improving performance and celebrating wins. And yet, we rarely leverage this same important tool for our own lives. A common reason: “who has time for it?”

In this interactive session, we take the time to reflect on our own personal year and set intentions for the new year.

You’ll have the chance to share your reflections and intentions with your colleagues if you desire. Please come prepared with pen and paper, a hot cup of tea, and some quiet space for yourself.
