Since transitioning to coaching and leadership development and founding Wexler-Beron Leadership Group, Edward has worked with leaders at organizations such as LinkedIn, ServiceNow, John Deere, Reddit, and UpWork. His clients gain clarity and confidence in their
leadership while fostering cultures of innovation, collaboration, and resilience. His areas of expertise include retention and engagement, innovation, relationship and team building, emotional intelligence (EQ), mindfulness, and creating psychological safety, all of which contribute to more connected and high-performing teams.
Edward’s career began in management consulting at Monitor (now part of Monitor Deloitte strategy consulting), where he advised Fortune 500 clients across tech, biotech, pharma, and more. He later joined eBay’s Business Incubation Group, where he oversaw a B2B wholesale marketplace. He went on to lead sales operations and strategy for Caviar (now owned by DoorDash) and was a product manager at Square and BetterUp. His rich cross-functional management experience enables him to offer a unique perspective as a thought partner on leadership and organizational success.
Edward holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Economics from Pomona College. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from CTI, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a certified facilitator through xchange.
Edward is a proud girl dad, with a daughter under one.
