David Jones is an executive and leadership coach who brings a rare blend of operational experience, systems thinking, and relational depth to his work.
He began his career leading a multi-million dollar dairy farming operation in California, where he oversaw the day-to-day functions of a 1,000-cow farm, led teams through complex transitions, and managed everything from regulatory compliance to milking systems. He later served as a business development executive in robotics and on-farm technology, and as a consultant to some of the largest farming organizations in the country.
Throughout his career, David found his deepest satisfaction in developing people, not just solving problems. That insight—along with powerful coaching of his own—led him to become a certified executive coach.
Today, David partners with high-achieving leaders who want to lead more intentionally, think more clearly, and strengthen their relationships at work and beyond.
