This session invites managers to explore how artificial intelligence can act as a leadership multiplier — helping teams focus more on creativity, strategy, and relationships. Participants will learn how to use AI thoughtfully to simplify administrative processes, enhance communication, and/or improve productivity.

Through engaging group discussions, real-world examples, and practical application, participants will identify where AI can streamline or automate team tasks and rhythms, explore ways to build comfort and trust as AI becomes part of daily workflows, and design one practical, low-risk way to integrate AI into their team’s operations. By the end of the discussion, managers will leave with a clear, actionable plan to introduce AI to their teams responsibly to boost efficiency.

Note: Learners will need access to a generative AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) for hands-on practice during the session.
