Note: Learners will need access to a generative AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) for hands-on practice during the session.

This session invites managers to explore how artificial intelligence can act as a leadership multiplier — helping teams focus more on creativity, strategy, and relationships. Participants will learn how to use AI thoughtfully to simplify administrative processes, enhance communication, and/or improve productivity.
