Executive Discussions: Driving AI Change in Your Organization

(39)

This facilitated discussion, designed for senior leaders, focuses on the change management side of AI transformation — helping participants lead with transparency, credibility, and accountability as AI becomes part of their organization’s operations and culture.

Through interactive dialogue and a collaborative activity, leaders will assess their organization’s readiness for AI-enabled change, identify the most significant barriers to adoption, from fear and misinformation to lack of ownership or alignment, and explore what it means to define clear ownership of AI enablement — balancing experimentation, compliance, and cross-functional accountability. They will also have the opportunity to practice crafting clear, credible messaging about AI that builds trust and reduces anxiety across teams.

Note: Learners will need access to a generative AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) for hands-on practice during the session.
