Throughout this session, Nicolle Merrill, founder of Boring AI, gives non-technical professionals a practical foundation: what agents actually are, how they differ from AI assistants, how to work alongside them, and how to spot where they could improve your workflows. This course focuses on integrating AI agents into workflows, not building them.

Note: This workshop assumes the participants have basic AI literacy, so it’s not an intro training.
