Whitley Harris is a mission-driven talent development strategist and consultant passionate about designing experiences that help individuals and organizations live up to their potential and achieve their goals. She currently works at Clover Health, a healthcare technology company helping members live their healthiest lives, where she leads talent development as part of the Human Resources department. Whitley developed learning programs at the Obama Foundation and consulted with Fortune 500 organizations to support the design, development, and rollout of programs aligned with their talent development priorities. Whitley is a proud graduate of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
