Engaging & Developing Distributed Teams: Lessons from Leaders at InVision, Dashlane, CultureIQ, and Greenhouse

Virtual Panel Details

The trend toward distributed teams is stronger than ever. In fact, 63% of companies now have remote employees.

A distributed team can be fantastic for employees, organizations, and communities. It also presents executives and people teams with new leadership and cultural challenges.

Let’s tackle these challenges together. We’re gathering senior executives from InVision, Dashlane, CultureIQ, Greenhouse, and our own Hone leadership team for a panel discussion on best practices for engaging and developing distributed teams.

Our hour-long virtual discussion will cover:

  • How to engage a distributed team
  • How to optimize professional development
  • Tales from the trenches - what worked and what didn't at the top companies with distributed teams
  • How to leverage wins and avoid common mistakes through the process

Join us on Tuesday, December 11th l  11am PT / 2pm ET
