Louis Alloro, M.Ed., MAPP is a change-agent, one of the first hundred people in the world to earn a Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has been working as a social entrepreneur in the human benefit space since 2007. He is a senior fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing, co-founder of the Change Lab and has certified thousands of change leaders in wellbeing, learning and development. He consults to optimize DEIJ culture, engagement, and performance by using scientifically informed tools and strategies. and is currently pursuing his PhD in systems informed leadership, change and social impact evaluation.
