Adriana Robertson

Adriana Robertson is an instructional designer, executive coach, and leadership development trainer who co-created Harvard University's first university-wide diversity, inclusion, and belonging workshop. She is also a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, an assessment tool used to measure and develop intercultural competency within individuals, teams and organizations.

In addition to her role as Leadership Trainer at Harvard, Adriana is also Co-Founder of Paradox, a collective of entrepreneurs co-creating a new paradigm of leadership. A lover of travel, connection, growth, and the Latin culture of her family’s roots in Peru, you’re likely to find Adriana deep in a meaningful conversation, nerding out on learning and development, or dancing salsa in the park in Boston where she currently resides with her partner Michael.
